Wellness Wednesday

Road to Wellness

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth.

“a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential.” – The National Wellness Institute

Starting today, I will be incorporating open discussion on Wellness and Health issues. Therefore, welcome to Wellness Wednesday on Got2bGina’s Blog.

You or a family member may be dealing with a particular health issue that you would like to share or educate others about. Knowledge is powerful—the more you know about something the better equipped you are to address it. In addition, you may be able to direct someone to a particular clinic or physician that specializes in a particular treatment. What we don’t know can hurt us, so let’s share, explore and help each other.

I believe we all know that April is National Autism Month and there may be people who are caring for children on the autism spectrum. We may be able to share resources of pertinent information that could help someone. Let’s talk and try to help each other. Wishing you a wonderful Wellness Wednesday!

I agree. There is so much going on all around us and we need to be mindful of taking care of ourselves. You can’t help others if you don’t help yourself.
